Homes are built to meet or exceed the Federal Mobile Home Construction and Safety Standards, as set within the National Mobile Home Construction and Safety Standards acts of 1974 (Title VI). The time of manufacture a data plate is affixed to each home that indicates the structural loading and climactic zones for which the home is designed and constructed.
