Delmo Payne and Gerald Terrell combined their 50 years of manufactured housing experience and opened River Birch Homes in October, 1997. Payne and Mr. Terrell believe that the company’s success is based on quality, value, and service. Utilizing a 133,738 square foot plant, River Birch offers both single- and multi-section manufactured homes, ranging in size from 670 to 2,280 square feet with numerous plans offering up to 5 bedrooms.
